Most of all our approach aims to develop leadership competency and capacity. Our experience allow us to grasp implications of organization strategy and culture, and to relate that to competencies required. Initial engagements usually explore these aspects, and competency profiling is often included.
Capacity to lead is reinforced through individual purpose, values and relationships. Capacity development often includes neuroscience approaches for Peak Performance and Memory Reconsolidation.
Coaching is usually concluded with clear progression against set developmental goals and coaching focus areas.
